Ho seguito il consiglio del negoziante e ho “investito” ben € 4,75 nell’acquisto di questo bianco, quantunque di vendemmia 2007. Consiglio davvero apprezzabile, la bottiglia si propone ancora in gran forma… Come noto agli appassionati, il catarratto è vitigno antico, che dà i risultati migliori nella Sicilia Occidentale. Ed è proprio in provincia di Trapani che il gruppo veneto Montresor opera attraverso l’azienda vinicola I feudi di Sant’Eufemia, dedicated to the enhancement of autochthonous island.
